Survey Demographics. Overall, 112 complete and qualified responses were obtained. Survey respondents represented 9 end markets, which were consolidated into 3 industries for analysis. Over half of the respondents were from pharma/bio or CRO labs. Nearly one-third of the respondents were from basic research labs and nearly another third from analytical services. More than half of the respondents had at least 10 years of experience with MS; more than three-fourths had at least 7 years of experience

Purchasing Considerations. This report identifies the key parameters that drive MS purchase decisions.

Vendor Favorability Ratings. This study provides a benchmark for brand awareness and favorability of the top tier MS companies, as well as secondary companies.
