Glenn has 25+ years of market research experience dedicated to the analytical, life science and process instruments industry. Prior to his current role at TDA, Glenn served as the primary curator of market information on the analytical instrumentation industry for SDi. He has work with many of the leading lab and process analytical instrument companies and industry associations (e.g., ALDA, GAMBICA, LPA, SEFA) and has published over a hundred market reports on the scientific instrumentation and equipment industry throughout his career as a market researcher.

Director of Research

Alexa manages and curates TDA’s information and benchmark database, conducting secondary research for lab and process markets. Alexa is well versed in the market for analytical instrumentation, including an array of scientific technologies, critical laboratory applications, and the competitive landscape. With a PhD from the Division of Biology, Section of Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution at the University of California, San Diego, she has spent many years conducting laboratory research in genetics and cell biology. Alexa has also worked in the editorial offices of a number of publications in academia and in the analytical instruments industry.

Aruna, founder of Arogyam, has about two decades of experience helping companies in the healthcare sector make strategic decisions and accelerate ROI through guided assessments. Prior to Arogyam, Aruna worked in the market insights group at Illumina conducting market and competitive analyses to support senior executives, product marketing, investor relations and sales. Before Illumina, Aruna was a strategy consultant at Scientia Advisors, a boutique life science strategy consulting company.

Her primary expertise lies in providing strategic insights and actionable information to life science companies. Lead problem solving efforts by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

Katherine Eriksson, PhD

Analytics Consultant/Economic Advisor

Katherine is a professor of Economics at University of California, Davis, specializing in applied microeconomics with a focus on economic history, labor economics, developmental economics, and econometrics. Her research has been published in the Journal of Political Economy, the American Economic Review and the Journal of Development Economics. She is a member of the American Economic Association, the Cliometric Society, and the Economic History Association. Dr. Eriksson serves an advisory role with TDA for economic forecasting and data analytics.
